BOOK-END VENEER MATCHING

Book-End Veneer Matching is when two identical sheets of veneer are placed alongside each other. and each is a mirror image of the other.

Book-end matching is commonly seen in wood paneling where Walnut or textured Mahogony veneer design patterns are used to create a dramatic effect. The result is a symmetrical pattern where the grain of one-piece mirrors the grain of the other. In bookend matching every other veneer piece is turned over so that adjacent pieces resemble the open pages of a book.

EDGE BANDING

Edge Banding is a wood paneling process that consists of using a particular material to cover and seal the edges of wood panels.

Edge banding is commonly used in top end motor vehicle wood trim - Bentley, Jaguar, Rolls Royce to name a few.

Edge Banding process - all of our wood panels pass through a milling machine to ensure the panels have perfect clean edges. Edge Banding is then applied to the wood piece. We use specialist machinery to ensure a perfect edge finish is applied, which seals the wood piece and adds that luxurious finish.

Wood-grain patterns and colors vary due to natural

variations in timber and slight difference in condition.
