We specialise in Real Wood Refurbishment (not dip print or just spray on lacquer) for original factory parts - restore your weathered factory wood dash trim to as new

FENDERTRIM our process:

-       Step 1: We remove all of the old lacquer and veneer

-       Step 2: We repair any delamination of the core pieces, re-glue where required, repair any splits, cracks or water damaged areas using 2pack epoxy adhesives

-       Step 3: Re-veneer (real wood veneer) dash pieces using a vacuum and heat process to ensure correct fitment and adhesion.

-       Step 4: Apply 7x light coats of lacquer sanding between coats

-       Step 5: Polish to a high gloss finish

-       All veneers and lacquers meet UV standards and can withstand high temperatures (however real wood is a natural product and will still mature over time).

-       Timeframe to complete approx. 6 weeks from the time we receive parts.
