Delivery & Returns Policy
SHIPPING CHARGES are quoted in your cart upon checkout, simply add items to your cart and checkout with your address details to see freight quote.
- The package must be signed for upon delivery. The courier may leave small parcels in safe to leave places such as your letter box etc.
- For large items we may use couriers such as Fastway, Direct Freight Express, Startrack, TNT, Couriers please and others.
- Deliveries are ONLY made during business hours, Monday to Friday.
Freight charges vary per order based on delivery location and the size of the goods ordered.
We have an electronic system to calculate freight costs by postcode from our Sydney warehouse.
Average delivery days will be 03 days up to a maximum of 08 days.
If you still have not received your purchase within this time frame, please contact us URGENTLY.
Goods will be delivered too the address specified by the purchaser between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
If delivery address is business address, please include business / company name.
There will only be 1 delivery attempt.
If the parcel cannot be delivered on the first attempt a card may be left and alternative delivery or pickup options may be offered by the courier.
Shipping Insurance Claims:
Fendertrim Australia is not responsible for any damage incurred in delivery from our warehouse by common carriers or the delivery company.
Any damage in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier. Accordingly all claims for damage must be made by the purchaser directly to the carrier.
In case of damage, retain all cartons, packaging materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect.
Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied by the transit company if you do so.
If the damage is apparent upon receipt, accept the merchandise and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn or broken packaging) on the freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification.
All parts must be inspected before the driver leaves or else claims can be denied by the transit freight company.
All shipping insurance claims need to be filled within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
Please take a photo of the damaged items and the packaging for claim processing with the freight carrier.
No claims will be accepted past the 24 hour grace period or if the item has been fitted/used or damaged during fitting.
WHAT can be returned
Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival, we will offer you, full replacement or full refund including postage /shipping
Fendertrim Australia has a seven (7) day return policy on most items, providing goods are returned in new condition.
Please note - Special Order or Custom Made items cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.
WHEN does item need to be returned
We want our customers to be completely satisfied, therefore we recommend you inspect your parcel as soon as received, so you can contact us within seven (7) days of purchase. We will allow extra time for shipping when applicable.
If you ordered the wrong part or have changed your mind, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
WHERE items need to be returned to
Goods must be returned to the PO Box listed on the invoice, along with a copy of the invoice as proof of purchase.
Our items are quality checked prior to shipping, to ensure all goods are shipped in new condition and without faults.
Please advise if insurance is required, as we will not be responsible for shipping carriers mishandling.
